Reading: The students have found a problem and solution in their book. Next, they will be working on the plot or action steps the characters take to get to their solution.

Art: Students need to have their rough draft drawing ready to go on Friday. The students are creating digital flipbooks about a topic they have tried at failed, tried again and succeeded. The whole year I encourage you to use the words how "Failure Leads to Success." We can learn from our past mistakes.
Scholastic Book Club: You may place book orders online through Scholastic Book Club through Friday, September 26th. Check out the catalog online. Each class will compete to collect the most box tops for the school. The box tops are collected and turned in for money used to support the school.
