As we look forward to our schedule, we want the students to be prepared for the Achievement Tests.  The students will be starting this week through April with Stanford Achievement Practice Tests.  They will be tested in Reading, Math, Spelling, Science, Social Studies and Listening.

Reading: Over the next few weeks we will be reading Sarah, Plain and Tall.  Each student has a folder with questions for each chapter.  They are working on answering questions in class as we read the book.  Sometimes we will work all together, in groups or individually.  I am excited we are able to bring in this outside literature to add to our reading this year!
