CCLS Sunday - September 14th

CCLS Sunday
WEBSTER GARDENS
September 14th

Each of our five association churches chooses one Sunday every school year (termed a "CCLS Sunday") to recognize and celebrate our partnership in ministry.  Typically our students are asked to be involved in various ways throughout the service, our teachers are recognized, and representative form our School Board greets and thanks the congregation for their support.  While we know that our families are members at various churches around our community, we always invite all of our CCLS families to attend and join in the celebration of our school.

Our first CCLS Sunday of the year is coming up this Sunday, September 14, at The Lutheran Church of Webster Gardens.  At the 8:00am service, Mr. Hieber's middle school choir will sing.  Our students in grades K-6 will help lead worship at the 10:45am service by singing the songs they have been working on in choir the last few weeks.

We hope to see you there!

Mystery Skype

We were fortunate to do a Mystery Skype with two different classes: a third grade class from Austin, Texas and a 5th grade class from Dallas, Texas.  The students used deductive reasoning when asking yes/no questions to figure out where the classes were located in the United States.

Make sure to ask your student how the experience went.
