Field Trip to Shaw Nature Reserve
Our trip is scheduled for Friday, February 19. They never schedule until they see what the winter weather looks like. It is a great day outdoors learning about trees, the water cycle, and the process of making maple syrup. We will plan to eat our lunch outside as well, so please plan to check your child that day for appropriate clothes and a good lunch which includes a drink. Rain boots if it is muddy or old tennis shoes are always a good idea. Jeans and a CCLS t-shirt will be fine for the day as well.
Parents and other adults are welcome on this trip. There is a $3 fee for any adult. It is a fun day--please consider coming with us.
