Math: In Math this week the students will lessons 74-76 with a Test on Thursday.
Reading: In reading this week students will be focusing on evaluating text to find out which statements can be proven and which are the author's beliefs (facts/opinions).
We will be using books all year long from our online program Tumblebooks.
Please take advantage of using Tumblebooks in your home too.

Pizza Hut Book It! Program ends in March. Students need shade in a picture on the calendar for each day they read 20 minutes this month. Please return forms to Mrs. Endorf by the end of the month for a coupon for a free personalized pizza from Pizza Hut!
Art: Students have created sculptures like artist Frank Stella. Stop by the classroom to see them hanging from our ceilings!
Next up in art: The students are learning about complementary colors. To help them remember the complementary colors they are creating emojis in class. This will lead to the next project where they will need to know their complementary colors.
Library Days: Thursday is our library day. Please help your student remember to bring their library books back Thursday morning.
Scholastic Book Club: You may place book orders online through Scholastic Book Club through Friday, March 27th. Check out the catalog online. It's time for our Box Top collection, so get all those Box Tops and turn them into your classroom teacher. Ask Grandma, Aunts and Uncles if they have any.
